GUENTHER helped fight the Newhall House and third ward fires. He was on the force 22 years. Six firemen will escort his body to Forest Home cemetery where it will be cremated Thursday after- noon. Funeral services will be held at the Foss & Son undertaking chapel, 730 Third st., at 2 p.m. Thursday.
