              MRS. FITZGERALD
              
        The funeral of MRS. MARGARET KEN-
     NEDY FITZGERALD, 68, a lifelong resi-
     dent of Milwaukee, will be held at
     8:30 a.m. Friday at the Brett funeral
     rooms, 2001 W. Wisconsin av. and at
     9 a.m. at St. Rose's church.  Burial
     will be in Calvary cemetery.
        MRS. FITZGERALD, who died Tuesday
     at her home, 408 N. 31st st., was the
     mother of HAROLD J. FITZGERALD, presi-
     dent of the Fox Wisconsin Agency Corp.,
     motion picture distributors.  Other
     survivors are another son, WALTER, and
     two sisters, Mrs. WILLIAM F. DOHMEN and
     Mrs. H. N. HAYDEN.
