           Miss LOUISE BLACK 
              FUNERAL IS HELD
        
        Private funeral services for Miss
     LOUISE BLACK, 26, daughter of Dr. NEL-
     SON M. BLACK, who died Monday at
     River Pines sanatorium, Stevens
     Point, Wis., were held Tuesday after-
     noon at her home on the Green Tree
     road.  Burial was in Forest Home
     cemetery.
        Miss BLACK died after an illness
     of one year.
        Surviving Miss BLACK are her fa-
     ther, two brothers, THOMAS D. and
     NELSON M. BLACK, Jr.; an aunt, Mrs.
     OTTO H. FOERSTER, and an uncle, CARL
     B. LEIDERSDORF.
        Until her illness Miss BLACK had
     been active in social welfare work in
     Milwaukee.
        The Flower Guild paid tribute to
     Miss BLACK in June for her efforts to
     keep up the horticultural work of
     her mother, Mrs. IRMA BLACK, who died
     two years ago.
