STATE OF WISCONSIN} ss. IN PROBATE Manitowoc County,} In the matter of the guardianship of OTTO SCHMIDT, a minor. On reading and filing the petition of WILLIAM VANDOZER, of the town of Ahnepee, in the county of Kewaunee, and State of Wisconsin, representing, among other things, that he is seized of certain estate in the county of Door, described as follows, to wit: The west half of the northeast quarter of section 20, town 26, range 25, in the Menasha land district. And it ap- pearing to the Court from said petition that it is necessary to sell the same, and praying that a license to him be granted - It is ordered that said application be heard before me at my office in the village of Manitowoc, on the 5th day of September, A.D. 1864, at 10 o'clock A.M. And it is further ordered, That notice of said application and hearing be given by publishing a copy of this order for three successive weeks, once in each week, in the Door Co.
