He had been crazy for the past two years. A little while ago he was missed from his home. and fifteen days afterwards was found in the woods between Casco and Red River hanging to a tree. HANQUET was a Belgian by birth, and about 23 years of age. His self destruction no doubt proceeded from the insanity he had labored under so long. We get the particulars from Mr. L.
