Saturday, 29 April 1882 The body of MARGARETTE GOETTINGER, of Ahnapee, Kewaunee county, was found in the river about three miles above that city last Thursday morn- ing. MRS. GOETTINGER was under bonds for her appearance at the may term of the Circuit Court for that county as an accomplice in the murder of her husband, JOHN GOETTINGER, several years ago, and it is supposed this was a case of sui- cide. The coroner's jury, however, brought a verdict of "accidental drowning." ===========================================================================
