Gentlemen: We hereby submit to you the following report concerning the support of the poor in Green County and the management of the Insane Asylyum. =============================================== To the Hon. Total: 350 weeks 2 days Of the 37 female patients there are 3, for whom we expect to receive payment at $2.50 per week, to wit of: Anna Engeler, Sarah Ruff, & Jane Wheeler. This money was accounted for by me in my receipts during the years 1884-91, and used as County money in paying bills for Poor house and Insane Asylum. The total number of weeks board furnished in both departments is 6937 weeks. The average cost per person per week is $1.65. Last year $1.52. In 1891 $1.90 The amount of money expended by R.C.
