The building is one of the best poorhouses in the State, and the management has been always satisfactory to us. We are glad to note that by the addition to the asylum now nearly completed the insane will have their kitchen and diningroom entirely separate from the paupers. What we have already said of the value of the large farm, of the cold storage rooms, and of the proposed fish ponds, under the head of the asylum, applies equally here, as the inmates share in the benefits of all those valuable improvements. ==========================================================================
