He was ill two weeks. MR. WITHERELL was born July 11, 1888, in Janes- ville, the son of ELMER and RACHEL AUSTIN WITHERELL. He was married to ADELAIDE HACKWORTH on May 5, 1912, at Menasha and came to this city that same year. He was a member of the Keymen's Club. Survivors in addition to his widow include two sons, JOHN of Appleton and JAMES of Brookfield, Ohio; one sister, MRS. HAROLD ANDERSON of West Sturgeon Bay, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Friends may call at the Candlish Chapel from 2 until 9 p.m. Sunday with private services to be conducted by Rev. Fred O. Stroebel Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rienzi Cemetery. ===============================================================================
