Evening Journal Saturday, April 22, 1895 TWO HUMAN HANDS Have Been Found in the Streets of Superior,Wis., Recently. An Investigation Shows That the Graves in the Cemetery Have Been Systematically Robbed. Superior, Wis., April 22. - Great excitement has been caused by the discovery that graves in Nemandji cemetery have been desecrated, and it is thought that the despoliation has extended over a period of years. Three weeks ago a woman's hand was found on one of the streets of Superior. A week later a man's hand was discovered not far from where the first hand was found. Other mem- bers of bodies were found near the city and an investigation showed that graves in the cemetery have been systematically robbed. Suspicion is cast upon physicians who are suspected of rob- bing the graves with the intention of dissect- ing the bodies. ===========================================================================
