CAPTAIN ALEXANDER LAURIE

Word was received yesterday by Mr. and Mrs. EMIL HANSEN that the latter's father, ALEX LAURIE, who would have been 86 in March, died at Melbourne, Fla., where he and his wife were spending the winter with their son and daughter-in-law, Capt. and Mrs. ROBERT LAURIE. The body will arrive in Green Bay Sunday, and it is expected the funeral will be held here Monday afternoon. MR. LAURIE was the oldest living lake captain in Door county, having had his first command at the age of 17, and was the only living charter member of the I.O.O.F. lodge here.
