By virtue and in pursuance of an order of sale made by the Hon. the County Court of Door county in probate, in the matter of the estate of JOHN WALKER, late of said county of Door, deceased, which order of sale bears date July 6th, 1864, I the undersigned, the adminstrator of the said estate, do hereby give notice that I shall expose to sale and sell at public auction or vendue to the highest bidder at the court house, in the town of Sturgeon Bay, in said county, on the 15th day of September next, 1864, at the hour of one o'clock in the afternoon of said day, the follow- ing described real estate, lying and being situated in the county of Door, to-wit: The north half of the southeast quarter of section thirteen, in township number twenty-seven, of range number twenty-five, containing eighty acres of land be the same more or less.
