MADISON, Wis., - Nov. 15. - CHESTER ROY, a variety actor, and brother-in-law of JACKSON I. CASE, of Racine, while in Mazo- manie last September married pretty 15-year- old OLIVE WOOD, of Black Earth. A few days after the marriage ROY left for parts un- known, while his newly made wife was compelled to go back to her parents. They are indignant over the affair and will sue for divorce on the ground that the girl was not of legal age to give her consent. The Chicago Tribune Friday, November 14, 1890 Suit to Annul a Marriage. MAZOMANIE, Wis., Nov. 13 - (Special) - Suit is about to be commenced to annul the marriage of OLIVE WOOD, a 15-year-old girl, whose parents re- side at Black Earth, to CHESTER ROY. The husband is a brother-in-law of JACKSON I. CASE, son of the well-known Racine horseman. He is a variety actor and met the young girl some time ago at her home while visiting the place with a theatrical company. They were married here Sept. 22 last. ROY had been previously married.
