         J. O. LUCE, teacher Chilton Grammar School. Born in Grant
       Co., Wis., 1847; received his education for the profession 
       of teaching in the Platteville State Normal School, from 
       which he graduated in the Spring of 1873. He then took charge 
       of the schools of Marinette, where he remained until he came 
       to Chilton, in 1876. He is an earnest lover of his profession.
