The only occupant of the build- ing at the time was DELL ALLEN of the firm who was asleep on the second floor. As he came down the stairs which were in flames they gave way and he fell into a mass of fiery debris. MR. ALLEN was shockingly burned and will probably die. The fire is thought to be incendiary.
