         SAMUEL FUOTER, saloon, Alma, was born in Switzerland,
       Nov. 1, 1846; came to America in 1868, and located in 
       Alma. He married MARGARET MING, a native of Switzerland. 
       They have four children - ANTON, CHRIST, SAMUEL and LILLIE.
