         STEPHEN CALLAHAN, saloon keeper, Alma, was born in Rochester,
       N.Y., Nov. 23, 1845; came to Wisconsin when he was four years
       of age, and located with his parents in Milwaukee. From thence 
       they removed to Green Bay, thence to Oconto. In 1873, he came 
       to Alma and engaged in his present business. He married MARY 
       PHILLIPPI, a native of Wisconsin.
