T. BUTLER, saloon keeper, Alma, was born in Nova Scotia, July 12, 1845; came to the United States in 1868, and settled in the State of Maine, and was in the employ of a lumber com- pany one year. In 1871, he came to Wisconsin and settled in Eau Claire, and was engaged in lumbering.
