         at Benson
         
         SHERMAN BARBER died at his home in the
       southeast part of the town Wednesday, Nov.
       6th, of paralysis of the brain. He had been
       sick only about a week. His funeral was held
       at his home last Saturday and was largely
       attended. Rev. C. E. Hitchcock officiated.
       The interment was in West Haven.
