         Funeral of MRS. WITHERELL
         
         The funeral of Mrs. FLORA (STOWELL)
       WITHERELL, 74, widow of CHARLES WITH-
       ERELL, who died early Tuesday morning
       in Waterbury, will be held at 2 o'clock
       this afternoon at the Shoreham church
       with burial in Lake View cemetery. She
       was born in Cornwall, December 15, 1855,
       the daughter of EDWIN S. and JULIA
       (DOGGETT) * STOWELL WITHERELL, STANLEY
       WITHERELL, ALBERT WITHERELL, HARRY
       WITHERELL, and C. E. WITHERELL.
