GUPTIL attended a dance in the town hall one night last week and with three other companions, JOHN RACE, LUTHER KINE and HARLEY DOW, drank in lieu of other intoxicants, a large quantity of the preparation named. There were afterwards found in the hall 24 empty pint bottles carrying the label of beef, iron and wine. The symptoms of GUPTIL before he died Sunday, indicated strychnine or arsenic poisoning, but the cause was fixed as above. His three companions and a woman who was also in the drinking party, have been critically ill. ================================================================================
