He leaves a wife and five sons, besides several grandchildren. MR. RAVLIN has been a town charge for several years. MRS. RAVLIN is going to live with her son, WILBUR. at Shoreham HENRY BASCOM of East Shoreham died Friday. The funeral was held Sunday from his late home. at Middlebury The remains of MISS JULIA VALLETT of New York City were brought here on the flyer Saturday afternoon, and interred in the West Cemetery on Sunday morning. Prayer was said at the grave by the Rev. W. T. Forsyth, pastor of the Episcopal church. MRS. MELVIN DAMON, aged 44 years, died at her home in this village on Friday afternoon, after a lingering illness. A husband and daughter sur- vive. Funeral services were held Sun- day afternoon at 1 o'clock. Rev. E. J. Guernsey officiated, and the inter- ment was in the Foote cemetery in the east part of the town. ============================================================================
