         OTTO ARTHUR, the young son of Mr. and Mrs.
       A. F. GOVE, died Friday morning at their
       home in New Haven Mills.
       
       
         MRS. WEALTHA SMITH, a former resident of
       this section, recently died at the home of
       her daughter, MRS. W. E. BROOKS, in Wichita,
       Kan.
