IRVING and FRANCIS NORTON BRADLEY, were united in matrimony, at the Baptist church in East Charlotte. The church was trimmed with evergreens, autumn leaves and bitter- sweet for the occasion. At the appointed hour the bridal party entered the church as the beautiful march from Lohengrin was rendered by the organist, MISS EMMA LEAVENWORTH. The solemn and im- pression Episcopal ceremony was used, Rev. Geo. H. Carr officiating. ARTHUR L. ENO, brother of the groom, was best man and LILLIAN BLANCHE BRADLEY was maid of honor. The bride was simply and tastefully gowned in white French muslin, trimmed with delicate lace and white liberty satin rib- bon. Her flowers were bride's roses. The maid of honor wore pink French muslin, trimmed with pink satin ribbon. Her flow- ers were carnations. RICHARD N. WARNER of Middlebury and FENWICK G. LAGGART of Bur- lington were ushers. After the ceremony at the church a reception was held at the home of W. IRVING BRADLEY, which was attended by the immediate friends of the happy couple. The gifts were numerous, beautiful and useful. Refreshments were served to the guests by four fair mai- dens, MISS LILLIAN RICHIE of New York city, MISS FLORENCE BRADLEY of Burlington, MISS FRANCIS WARNER of Middlebury, MISS HELEN CLARK of Charlotte. At 10:30 the young couple left the paternal roof and will be absent a few weeks, visiting in Providence, New York city and Boston, after which they will be at home in Charlotte. The usual omens of good fortune, rice and old shoes, followed as they left for the station. We noticed among the guests, MRS. LOUIS B. HIBBARD, Highland Park, Chicago; HERBERT DEAN, Taunton, Mass.; MISS LEOLA WRIGHT, Northampton, Mass.; Mr. and Mrs. M. ROSS, Huntington; Mr. and Mrs. CARLTON BRISTOL, Vergennes; MISS LILLIAN RICHIE, New York; Mr. and Mrs. E. F. GEBHART and MISS KATHERYN, Shelburne Farms; MRS. MARY SMITH and SEWARD P. SMITH, and Mr. and Mrs. L. M. GAGE, Addison. ================================================================================
