I, Thomas Windsor, being at this time sick and weak but in sound mind and perfect memory make the following disposal of my worldly estate which God has pleased to bless me. Item I give and bequeath unto John Windsor my eldest son a negro wench named Esther which he now has in his possession...her and her increase that is her present and future increase. Item, I give and bequeath unto my son Thomas Windsor a negro boy named Patrick. Item, I give and bequeath unto my son William Windsor a negro girl named Jane now in his possession with her present and future increase. Item, I give and bequeath unto my son Sampson Windsor a negro boy named Harry. Item, I give and bequeath to my daughter Jemima Davis a negro girl named Milla now in her possession her and her increase. Item, I give and bequeath unto my daughter Libby Davis a negro boy named Sharper now in her possession to her and her heirs lawfully begotten of her body but provided she should have no heirs as aforesaid then. . .to my son Richard Simpson Windsor after the decease of the aforesaid Libby Davis and her husband Moses Davis. Item, I give and bequeath to my son Richard Simpson Windsor a negro girl named Lett her and her increase. Item, I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Davis a negro boy named Jacob. Item, I give and bequeath unto my daughter Sarah Williams a negro boy named Shadreck. Item, I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Taylor a negro boy named Moses. Item, I give and bequeath unto my son George Windsor a horse known by the name Snip a bridle and sadle also my wareing apparel. Item, I give and bequeath unto Mourning Williams a feather bed and furniture allso a weaveing Loom and gear, a cow and calf. Item, I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Sarah a negro wench named Peg and her future increase. Item, I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Windsor a negro boy named Issac. Item, I give and bequeath unto my son William Windsor a negro boy named James. Item, I give and bequeath to my son Richard Simpson Windsor one tract of land containing 132 acres joining the land I now live on after the decease of my wife Sarah. Item, I give and bequeath unto my son Simpson Windsor a certain tract of land lying on Neapseco run in the County of Prince William. Item, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Sarah the land I at present rent to Mr. John Hereford but if my wife should die before the said Hereford then my will is that my son Thomas Windsor shall possess the said land during the life of the said Hereford. All the remaining part of my Estate I give to my wife Sarah during her naturall live after her decease I give and bequeath to my son Richard Simpson Windsor a negro man named Ben also to my son Sampson Windsor a negro man named Henson...also to my son George Windsor a negro wench named Kate during his natural life and then to go to my son Thomas Windsor. . .and the remaining part of my estate to be sold and the money equally divided among all my children above mentioned and I declare and protest to be my last will and Testament. I appoint my wife Sarah as Executrix and my two sons Thomas Windsor and Richard Simpson Windsor Executors of this my last will and Testament signed with my hand and sealed with my seal this fourteenth day of July in the year of our Lord 1792. Wits: George Simpson, Mary (X) Simpson /s/ Thomas (X) Windsor Sarah, Thomas and Richard S. presented this will in Court December 17, 1792 and it was proved by the oaths of George and Mary Simpson. Sarah, Thomas and Richard S. made bond in the amount of 2,000 pounds. Bondsmen were Joseph Simpson, George Simpson and Henry S.
