Since the last report, seven deaths had occurred on Double bayou, and two others were reported dying. Among the dead is Mrs. BARROW, whose husband, BENJAMIN BARROW, died last week. Their daughter, Miss OCIDA, has passed the worst stage of the disease and will recover. There had been 21 deaths of white people and twice that many of negroes - the precise number not known. This would sum up the fearful total of sixty victims to the epidemic. Young SOLOMON BARROW has lost both of his children. All the older members of the MIDDLETON family are dead. [Transcriber's Note: Mrs. Ben. Barrow was Sarah Ann Middleton Barrow. Her husband also died the same month. Their sons, OVERTON BARROW, and ROBERT JETT BARROW both died on Jan 28, 1877. The two children of SOLOMON BARROW were ROBERT A and EUGENIA L. who both died Feb 5, 1877. ===============================================================================
