KELLEY Capt. TIMOTHY KELLEY died of dropsy of the heart, after two months illness, at his resi- dence, No. 296 Church street, at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon. He was a painter by trade, was born in Limerick county, Ireland, served during the civil war as a Captain in the Nine- teenth Georgia Regiment (Confederate), and was Captain of the Jackson Guards. He was an honor- ary member of the Porter Rifles and a member of the Knights of Honor, both of which organizations will attend his funeral in a body, at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon. ===============================================================================
