         DIED
         
         Yesterday morning, 1st Nov., at his residence in this
       county, on the Franklin Turnpike, JOSEPH W. HORTON, Esq.
         The funeral will take place this morning at 11 o'clock
       from the First Baptist Church (Dr. Howell's). The friends
       and acquaintances of the family are invited to attend.
