         CIRCUIT COURT OF THE UNITED STATES
       - Hon. C. F. Trigg - May 8 -
       Thos. W. Bullock and H. P. Moffett were
       admitted as attorneys.
       
         The bond of E. R. GLASSCOCK, as renewed,
       was presented and accepted.
       
         United States vs. FELIX COLEMAN, charged
       with putting mud into a post office box.
       Plead guilty and was fined $100 and costs.
       
         United States vs. Two barrels Whiskey
       in the hands of J. S. HARLESTON. Confiscated.
       
         United States vs. Two barrels Whiskey
       in the hands of Bailey, Ordway & Co. Confiscated.
       
         Same vs. Twenty-nine barrels Whiskey. Continued
         
         THOS. E. HOLBROOK vs. WARREN, ADAMS and BLANTON.
       Property ordered to be sold.
       
         JOHN DOE, lessee, vs. MILLER. Judgment granted.
         
         In the District Court, the information against
       the property of WEST H. HUMPHREYS was dismissed.
