Thursday, 13 December, 1860

         SHERIFF'S SALES
         
         By virtue of various Writs of Fiera Facias to me directed,
       I will expose to sale on Saleday in January next, within the
       usual hours of sale, before the Court House door at Anderson,
       the following property, to wit:
       
         On Tract or Lot of Land, containing two acres, bounded by
       lands of Wilson Hall, levied on as the property of William
       Wagstaff, at the suit of J. B. Moore and A. J. Major.
       
         One Lot in the Town of Anderson, containing one acre, and
       bounded by lots of John J. Brown and Alexander Evins, levied
       on as the property of Thomas Anderson, at the suit of Wm. M.
       Osborne.
       
         One Tract of Land, containing one hundred and thirteen
       acres, on branches of Hen-Coop Creek, waters of Rocky River,
       and bounded by lands of Olly Mattison, T. T. Wright, Brown
       Haynie, and others, levied on as the property of G. W. Mays
       at the suit of Wm. Magee and others.
       
         One Lot in the Town of Honea Path, containing three fourths
       of an acre, bounded by Lots of James J. Brock, and the Green-
       ville Railroad and others, levied on by virtue of a Foreign
       Attachment, as the property of A. J. Brock, at the suit of
       John M. Geer and James L. Brock.
