She was a devoted and faithful member of the First Baptist Church during all of her residence in Clarion and was active in all the work of the same. She was a lady of admirable qualities of head and heart and enjoyed the esteem and respect of all who knew her. Her passing to her eternal home leaves many sorrowing hearts. The deceased was born Nov. 22, 1844, the daughter of SAMUEL and EVALINE FRAMPTON, of Clarion county. She was married Sept. 19, 1865, to MR. J. H. KIFER, Ashland, Ky.; CHAS. C. WILSON and MRS. RONALD CORBETT, Clarion. There also survive 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, with a host of intimate friends, all of whom mourn the loss of a great and good mother, neighbor and friend. The funeral was held last Satur- day afternoon from MRS. WILSON'S late home, the ser- vices being conducted by her former pastor, Rev. C. F. Smalley, and present pastor, Rev. Wayland Zwayer.
