Talbot & wife to Louis Kregel Know all men by these Presents, that I Ezra W. Talbott in consideration of four hundred and twenty Eight Dollars to me paid by Louis Kregel the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged I do hereby bargain sell and convey to the said Louis Kregel, his heirs and asigns forever the following real Estate to wit - that part of Lot number seventy two (72) which lies south of the Wabash and erie canal in the original town Platt of the town of Napoleon in Henry county and State of Ohio, subject to the grantors mortgage given to I.K. Grube Admr for purchase money, Together with the privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging, To have and to hold the same to the said Louis Kregel, his heirs and assigns forever. I hereby covenanting that the title to conveyed is clear free and unincumbered and that I will warrant and defend the same against all claim whatsoever except the mortgage aforesaid, and Susan Talbott wife of the said Ezra W. Talbot, in consideration of One dollar to her in hand paid do remise release and forever quit claim unto the said granted all her right by way of dower or otherwise in and to the above granted premises. In Witness whereof the said Ezra W. and Susan Talbott have hereunto set their hands this 6th day of March in the year Eighteen Hundred and sixty five. Talbott, being examined by me separate and apart from her said Husband and the contents of said deed made known and explained to her did declare that she did voluntarily sign seal and acknowledge the same and that she is still satisfied therewith as her act and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned to testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my official Seal on the day and year aforesaid.
