He was 75 years of age and one of the oldest engineers in this part of the country, having served on the old Bee Line for 35 or 40 years. For the last five years, on account of old age and infirmity he has been retired from active service. The funeral was held from the resi- dence on South Union street yesterday afternoon at 3 o'clock, Rev. A. READ officiating. The remains were in charge of the B. of L.
