W. COPE, of Washington, D.C., while en route to visit relatives at Bucyrus and other points, accompanied by a step-daughter, was prostrated on the train and had to be left at Wooster, Saturday, where she died on Sunday morn- ing of apoplexy. She is a sister of Mrs. M. D. FULTON, of Bucyrus, and Ed. KEPLINGER, of Canton, and the aged mother also resides at Bucyrus. After a consultation between the stricken husband and the family it was decided to have the funeral of Mrs. COPE take place at the home of her mother, at 2 p.m., today, with the burial in the KEPLINGER family lot in Oakwood cemetery, Bucyrus. The Forum, 21st, says: The old adage that "misfortunes never come singly" was well illstrated Tuesday in the case of J. W. COPE. Coming to Bucyrus in response to the announce- ment of the sudden death of his wife, he was met as he left the train by a message from Ft. Wayne stating that his father, ABRAM COPE, died at his home in that city today at 12:40 p.m. ===========================================================================
