Special to the Inquirer BUCYRUS, 22. - The famous city hall, a veritable rat trap and eyesore, burned down at 2 o'clock this morning. It is presumed that tramps in the cooler set it on fire. What is the community's gain is a loss to rats and tramps. It is now proposed to erect a city building that Bucyrus residents need not be ashamed of. ===========================================================================
