I give and devise to my beloved wife ESTHER in lieu of her dower the farm on which we now reside containing about eighty acres and until my youngest heir arrives at the age of twenty-one, if she so long remains my widow if not or at the full age of my youngest heir after that she shall have her thirds as long as she shall live, and my heirs shall all have equal shares in my estate except my son SAMUEL he shall have ten dollars as his full share if he should come and demand the same within twenty years after my death, and if not in that time then that money shall be equally divided amongst the rest of my heirs. And all my stock household goods furniture and other goods and chattels which may be thereon and in my possession at the time of my death, so much of it to be sold as to pay all my debts, and all the residue that remains, if any, that shall be my wife ESTHERS as long as she shall live or until my youngest heir shall arrive at full age. If my wife ESTHER should die before my youngest heir arrives at full age then in that case my executors shall dispose of all the personal property in the possession of my deceased wife and divide it equally amongst my heirs. I do hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife ESTHER Guardian for my minor heirs until they arrive at full age of twenty-one years. I do hereby nominate and appoint ZEBULON ANDREW and FISHER QUAINTANCE executors of this my last will and testament hereby authorizing and empowering them to compromise adjust release and discharge in such manner as they may deem proper the debts and claims due me.
