She had been ill for the past two weeks, fol- lowing a shock. She was 85 years of age and was born at Wayne. Her maiden name was Miss Lettie VanGordon. When a young woman she was married to James Disbrow of Tyrone and for many years lived in the vicinity of Tyrone on their farm. Following his death several years ago Mrs. Disbrow came to this vil- lage to make her home. She is sur- vived by one son, Elmer Disbrow, of California and one brother, Albert VanGordon of Hammondsport. Funeral services will be held Thursday and interment will be made in Wayne cemetery. ===========================================================================
