COLVIN. - Capt. H. E. COLVIN, of the schooner Clayton Belle, which passed down a day or two since, was taken ill while on the passage, and on ar- riving in the Welland Canal was compelled to leave and soon after died on shore. Capt. COLVIN was about forty years of age, and had sailed for many years on the lake in the employ of the Reindeer line.
