That at the time of his death he was an inhabitant of the County of Livingston; that he left no Will, so far as your petitioner has heard or been able to discover. That he left your petitioner, his daughter, & Seymour Witherell, Allen Witherell, James Denny Witherell & Charles Witherell of Ossian aforesaid his sons & Polly Babb of Livonia, Eliza Ann Witherell of Rochester N.Y., his daughters. And your petitioner further shew that all the goods, chattels, and credit of the said deceased do not exceed in value the sum of two hundred dollars; and your petitioner pray that letters of Administration of the goods, chattels, and credits, of the said deceased, may be granted by the said County Judge to your petitioner Dated Dansville, Apl 22, 1865 Zaida Price [her signature] LIVINGSTON COUNTY,} SURROGATE COURT }ss: On this 22nd day of April, 1865, personally appeared befoe me in open Court Zaida Price the above named petitioner...and made oath, that the matters set forth in the above petition were true, to the best of the knowledge, information and belief of the said petitioner.
