Friday, 14 September 1928

         JOHN REDMAN, 59, widely known farmer of the town
       of Scipio, died Wednesday morning. He had been in
       ill health for several years. He was born in England
       and came to this country 38 years ago. He is survived
       by his widow, MARGARET COLLING REDMAN, and a daughter,
       MRS. CORAL BREWSTER of Scipio. Funeral services will
       be conducted from the home at 2:30 o'clock on Satur-
       day afternoon. Interment will be in the cemetery at
       Scipio Center.
