HOWARD HUNTER, who live near Scipio Center, ate four neuralgic tablets yesterday and died in convulsions a few hours later. Some Christmas candy had been put away in a cupboard and the child climbed on a chair after it. She did not find the candy but she did find the poison tab- lets and ate several before she was discovered. Doctor Smith of Fleming was called but the child was beyond his skill when he reached her bedside. Coroner Atwood of Moravia gave a burial permit, assuming accidental poisoning as the cause of death. ===========================================================================
