MR. COGAN had resided in Niles for 30 years. He is survived by his widow, two daughters and three sisters, MISS MARY COGAN, MRS. PATRICK LYNCH and MRS. PETER LYNCH, all of Auburn. Funeral services were held from the home at 9:15 o'clock this morning and in St. Anne's Church, Owasco, at 10 o'clock. Burial was in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Auburn. ===========================================================================
