        Fort Benton, Mont. - MRS. CARRIE
     HURST PATTERSON, wife of JAMES O.
     PATTERSON, well-known stockman of
     Chouteau county, died at her home
     here last week.  MRS. PATTERSON was
     41 years of age, and is survived by
     her husband, two children and other
     relatives in the vicinity of Fort
     Benton.
