His neck was broken by the fall. The vessel, bound up, was off the North Manitou at the time of the accident. The body was taken to Milwaukee. CAPT. JESSAMER was about forty years of age. He leaves a wife and children in St. Catherines, Missouri, and has a father and mother living in Cleveland. He was highly es- teemed by all who knew him. ===============================================================================
