Death was due to a heart attack. MR. COOLEY was born October 27, 1872, at Farmington, Ill., and came here as a child. Her was formerly employed by the Mississippi Valley Public Service Company. MR. COOLEY was a member of Winona lodge No. 18, A.F. & A.M., and of the Church of Christ. Survivors are his wife; two sisters, MRS. L. H. MUNGER, Lakewood, Ohio, and MRS. WILLIAM MILLARD, La Crosse, Wis., and several nephews and nieces. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. at the home. Harold Buckles of the Church of Christ will officiate. Burial will be in Wood- lawn cemetery. ===============================================================================
