Mr. OVERBY was seeing a friend off and in trying to get off after the train started he lost his balance, falling under the train and the wheels passed over his right leg severing it at the thigh. He was cared for by Dr. WHETSTONE of Cass Lake until the injured man could be removed to the Fosston hospital and placed under the care of Dr. McKINNON. He is doing as nicely as could be expected. ===========================================================================
