                         INSPECTION OF COUNTY POOR HOUSES.
                         
              NICOLLET COUNTY POORHOUSE was visited June 26, 1891. The
            main building was clean and well kept. The detached ward
            for men was not so well kept, the care of the building
            being left largely to the inmates.
