                   CARL KRUGER, 90,
                     FORMER MINDEN
                       RESIDENT DIES
                       
                   Funeral Services Not to Be
                   Announced Until Friday;
                   Former Minden Man.
                   
                   CARL KRUGER, aged 93 years, a former Minden
                 farmer, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs.
                 CLAUS LEMPKE of Sauk Rapids at 9:30 o'clock
                 this morning after a lingering illness caused
                 by old age.
                   The time of the funeral service will be 
                 announced tomorrow but the rites will be held
                 in the Trinity Lutheran church and burial will
                 be made in the family lot in the Sauk Rapids
                 cemetery.
                   The surviving children of Mr. KRUGER are
                 WILLIAM, Mrs. LILLIAN VAN ETTEN, and Mrs.
                 LEMPKE, Sauk Rapids; ALBERT and Mrs. IDA
                 KATH, Minden.
