                               BLACKDUCK BOOMS
                               
                   The Blackduck telephone exchange opened
                 up this morning with forty subscribers and
                 the system is working fine. Their electric
                 light plant is doing business also and giv-
                 ing general satisfaction, Mr. SPOONER says
                 the plant is capable of maintaining 2,000
                 lights.
