                 Died.
                 
              This morning, after a short but severe illness,
            of inflammation of the lungs, Mrs. MARGARET RANDOLPH,
            wife of J. M. RANDOLPH, aged 33 years. The funeral
            will be attended at the residence of Mr. RANDOLPH,
            on Sunday, the 15th instant, at 3 o'clock p.m.
